About Us

The Artist

I love dolls and art and have been an Artist for as long as I can
remember. I have a masters degree in Computer Science and
Currently working for an engineering company. On the side I
play with my hobby "painting dolls", which has now become a
second full time career. I started "WH DESIGNS" in March 2004
and have been loving it every since.

Special recognition goes to Pamela Bachmeyer of PB Designs
and Elaine of Dolls by Passion. Early on in 2004 Pamela took an
interest in me and my work and for several months she gave to
me valuable guidance in the art of OOAK design.

Another thank you goes out to Elaine Donovan of Dolls by
Passion! Elaine is the head moderator in my dolls group - The
Art of Ooak Design. Elaine has provided to me over the past
year valuable ideas such as making my dolls into series,
guidance in the art of clay miniatures in addition to color
suggestions for my ideas to help the designs POP - MAJOR
THANK YOU GOES OUT TO ELAINE for your tips and tricks from
time to time - They are invaluable as is your friendship!!!!!!!!!
